A complex consisting of 27 apartment units. Seven of the apartments are spacious 3 bedroom penthouses with huge outdoor decks overlooking the ocean and famous Oceano Pismo Sand dunes.

The complex is less than a mile from Oceano beach, which is the only beach in Central California (and the southernmost beach in California) where driving and camping on the beach is permissible. 

The overnight rental market has exploded in these beach cities using up the available units for monthly rentals. There is a critical shortage of monthly rentals, especially 3 and 4 bedrooms.
