A complex consisting of 27 apartment units. Seven of the apartments are spacious 3 bedroom penthouses with huge outdoor decks overlooking the ocean and famous Oceano Pismo Sand dunes.

All 27 apartments have private 2-car garages and additional 2-car private car spaces, totaling 4 car spaces for each unit. The complex also has 3 further guest ADH parking spaces.

The apartments have a private master bathroom, a full bathroom and a powder room. All the master bedrooms open to a balcony facing the ocean.

The Penthouse units have private elevators and internal stairs. Each elevator services its own private unit.

 

All units have their own designated laundry room within the unit.

The community recreation area is grassed for picnics, play, and Bar-B-Q.

All units have solar power. 

​

The complex is less than a mile from Oceano beach, which is the only beach in Central California (and the southernmost beach in California) where driving and camping on the beach is permissible.

The overnight rental market has exploded in these beach cities using up the available units for monthly rentals. There is a critical shortage of monthly rentals, especially 3 and 4 bedrooms.
